Recovery rooms: shared master $750/person or private BR2 $900

Available October 3, 2026 in West Fargo. Second Haven offers two rental options in a three-bedroom townhome:

Shared master bedroom: $750 per person per month for a resident's space in a shared bedroom, not exclusive use of the room. The entire room measures approximately 17 x 11 feet (187 sq ft), plus closet.

Private Bedroom 2: $900 per month for exclusive use by one resident. Approximately 9 x 11 feet (99 sq ft), plus closet.

Both options: $750 refundable security deposit per resident; three-month minimum; unfurnished, so bring your own bed and furnishings. Utilities and electricity included. Dimensions are owner-reported.

Lower-level bedrooms require stairs. Shared kitchen, living/dining areas and 1.5 bathrooms, including one shower. Driveway parking and scheduled weekly shared laundry included. Pets considered case by case. Outdoor smoking only; no smoking indoors.

There is currently one male resident. This is a nonclinical, substance-free recovery household; recovery-house rules apply. It is housing, not detoxification, treatment, medical care or 24-hour staffed care.
