40 FT Hi-Cube Shipping Container Insulated Stainless Steel Interior

This shipping container was an insulated refrigerated unit with stainless steel walls, ceilings and T-grate floor for food safe transport. Foam insulation (1.5 EPS) sandwiched between exterior and interior surfaces makes it perfect for storage or processing perishable foods and it can be washed down inside.

It was purchased used provided air-tight, rodent proof long-term storage. This type of shipping container is often retired when the refrigeration unit dies but remains a cut above your ordinary shipping container. The refrigeration unit was removed and the opening sealed with durable painted steel. Wear and tear was from its prior use for shipping - it has been stored inside a Butler building. It is currently on wheels which will need to be removed for transportation but can easily be put back on if desired. The container is 8' wide x 40' long by 9' 6" tall. Located 20 miles south of New England.
