Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: McClusky, ND

Position Overview

Farmers Choice is growing, and were looking for a motivated, organized Operations Manager to join our team in McClusky. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for keeping our warehouse and product operations running efficiently while providing excellent service to our growers and supporting our team.

Key Responsibilities

-Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, loading, and distributing agricultural products.

-Coordinate product movement and inventory to ensure products are available when needed.

-Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.

-Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks and deliveries.

-Operate forklifts, skid steers, and other equipment safely and efficiently.

-Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of products.

-Coordinate with sales, agronomy, and operations teams to meet customer and seasonal needs.

-Help coordinate product deliveries and pickups for growers.

-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard.

-Follow all company safety procedures and applicable regulations.

-Assist with seasonal operational needs and other duties as needed.

-Provide a positive, professional experience for Farmers Choice customers and team members.

Qualifications

-Previous warehouse, agricultural, logistics, or operations experience preferred.

-Strong organizational and time-management skills.

-Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

-Comfortable operating equipment and working in an outdoor/agricultural environment.

-Strong communication and teamwork skills.

-Valid drivers license required.

CDL preferred, but not required.

-Ability to lift, move, and handle agricultural products and materials.

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
