Sundance hot-tub. bought new 3 years ago always used in-doors, it does fit thru a standard 3 foot doorway, it is not a saltwater tub!! we use it often but not as much as we thought it would are looking to buy something smaller since it is just the two of us and add a sauna so i guess you could say we are downsizing:)

steps and cover are of course included. the tub is in nearly new condition. we drained and cleaned every other month not because it needed it but because my wife thought it did.

delivery is not available, however help getting it on to your trailer is we are currently using the hot tub, so would just need a couple days notice to get it out into our garage for easy load. all chemicals and accessories we have would be included no reasonable offer refused.

no trades of any kind unless it would be on a new 3-4 person sauna

actual dimensions of the hot-tub are 72 inches by 84 inches
